Our premises in Hastings has a private room for meeting and making arrangements. We can also hold small private farewells for upto ten people in it.

Tong & Peryer Family Rooms
At Tong & Peryer we have several rooms and common spaces available to pay respects, make arrangements or to find personal space to select photographs or write a eulogy.
The family care rooms are private, peaceful and comfortable rooms to enable family and friends to be with your loved one and pay their respects prior to their funeral, burial or cremation. We often have families bring favourite photos, music and personal items to help the room feel a little more personal to the one they are honouring.
We also have a private room for meeting and making arrangements, which can also hold small private farewells for up to ten people in it.
Crestwood Chapel

Crestwood Chapel is a funeral venue that provides families with an environment that is spacious, religiously neutral and that can cater for the after-funeral reception. Crestwood has become an integral part of our service to families. It is the largest Funeral Chapel in Hawke’s Bay and can comfortably seat 200 people, while still not appearing too large for smaller services.
Crestwood is fully air-conditioned and has off street parking for up to 20 family cars behind the chapel. A high quality sound system and digital projector ensures that favourite music and photo presentations can be played before, during and after the service.
Adjacent to the Main Chapel is our Reception and Catering lounge, where family and friends may gather for refreshments following a service. Catering can be arranged or families may choose to organise catering themselves.
