Bringing your pet into our care will allow you a final set time to spend with them after they have died. These difficult goodbyes take as long as they take, and there is no timeline on spending your last moments with them, we will never rush you.

Alternatively, we can collect your pet from your home or your veterinary practice.  All transfers are conducted either using your pets bed or our dignity bag and transported directly to the funeral home.

While we are with you, we will check to ensure any questions are answered, as well as confirming the details of the process you have chosen so we can be sure your understand the required steps and set expectations.

Every pet is tagged and coded on arrival at the funeral home and any necessary treatments completed to ensure dignity, preservation and sanitation whilst your pet is in our care.
